Alasdair Ladd joined UZIMA! in 2024, and has loved every second of his time here. Alasdair comes from a classical ballet background with Southold dance theater. He danced with Southold for 14 years, working with various artists including Calin Radulescu (Southold Dance Theater), Erica Fischbach (Colorado Ballet), Daniel Zook (ZOOKWORKS), Misha Tchoupakov (UNCSA) and many others. This foundation of dance was an interesting base with which to begin dancing with UZIMA!, and has provided the entire company with much humor. Alasdair hopes to continue dancing with UZIMA despite beginning college in Wisconsin. He looks forward to growing in his understanding and capabilities encouraged here with his incredible UZIMA! family.
